Coop is working on their 1:1 personalisation stratergy and partnered with SEEN to enhance their dialogues with data-driven video. In this campaign, we communicated to all members who had accumulated over NOK 250 in membership rewards from the year 2020. We made a film explaining the benefits of being a part of the Coop system, and showed the member the exact figure for their reward from 2020. The campaign was a huge hit, and led Coop to expand their cooperation with SEEN.
The campaign was very well received by our members and contributed to record number of visits to our website. We are looking forward to continuing the partnership with SEEN.
