As more and more companies are trying to engage customers through personalized behavioral recaps, it takes more to cut through all the noise. Australian loyalty programme Flybuys wanted to stand out while also continuing to build on their success with previous years’ “Your Year in Review”-campaigns.
By utilizing SEEN to create more than 2.5 million unique personalized videos, Flybuys was able to deliver a highly engaging experience for their most loyal members. The videos were packed with unique data points (21 in total), including suburb, state name and your personal local rank. Your favorite Coles products were also shown through personalized imaging in the video.
With help from SEEN, Flybuys could create their own animated video using motion graphics.
The end result? An amazing and personalized video that aligned with both their marketing strategy and brand.
Flybuys is one of Australia's largest loyalty programs with over 9 million members. Members collect points through shopping at participating retail stores; Coles Group brands, certain Wesfarmers brands, and some third-party partners like HCF Health Insurance, Coles Express and Optus.
