Coop has over 20,000 employees in Norway and faced a big challenge: They wanted to commuicate to all the employees that a new app was being released, Coopay. With Coopay members could pay for their products using the app, and bringing this information to all employees was a challenge. They had to ensure that everyone understood that Coopay was here, and was a good solution for their customers. They used SEEN to personalise over 20,000 videos, tailor made to each employee in Coop.
