Telenor partnered with SEEN to create a personalized appreciation video for each B2B customer.

The video, produced by Newslab, took viewers from a boardroom setting, discussing holiday gifts, into a vivid portrayal of Telenor’s offerings. By integrating humor, relatable scenarios, and detailed insights into Telenor’s services—such as secure and reliable coverage—the video delivered a unique and engaging message of gratitude.

This approach not only demonstrated Telenor’s dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction but also ensured that each customer felt individually recognized and valued.

Results

Telenor's personalized video campaign set a new record for engagement, earning unanimous praise from customers and the highest click-through rate of the year. Notably, 30% of viewers re-watched the video, further underscoring its appeal.
